The video that i decided to analyse was the highest ranking video in the DVD that we were shown. The video was an amplification as the lyrics matched what was being done in the footage. The genre of the video was pop. The media language used in this video consisted on a variety of shots and the edit used in this footage really worked and looked fantastic, the video was filmed in full colour but then bleached so that only red appeared on screen, this was a good effect which really went good with their music genre. In the video there were random people holding up signs of the lyrics, this made the video look more amplified and professional. The representation of the actress was very vivid and made her stand out from the crowd as only her lipstick and earrings stood out in bright red colour on screen.
